About your position
Heftruck operator
As a forklift operator at LX Pantos, you will handle the transportation and storage of pallets, ensure orders are placed at the correct packing stations, and accurately input data into the warehouse management system (WMS). Your work will help maintain smooth logistics and warehouse operations.
Competitive starting gross hourly wage of €14.40, with no age-related wage restrictions.
Overtime pay: 125% for hours over 40 per week and for hours exceeding 8 hours in a day.
Stable, year-round employment with consistent working hours.
Clean working conditions in an optimal temperature environment.
Weekly payments deposited every Friday, with the option for advance payments after two days of work.
Employment contract in compliance with the Dutch NBBU CAO collective agreement.
Assistance in obtaining a BSN number for legal employment in the Netherlands.
Holiday pay included with each paycheck, along with vacation hour reservations.
Access to health insurance through Holland Zorg for €38.01 per week in 2025.
Support for obtaining insurance allowances, potentially adding €129.50 monthly to your account.
Comfortable accommodation in family homes or apartments with a maximum of two people per room, at a cost of €138.60 weekly.
Transportation to work using company vehicles, with personal use options available up to 175 km weekly, at a cost of €15.00 to €31.50 depending on the number of users.
