With a commitment to innovation and excellence, Holstein Flowers focuses on developing a diverse range of vibrant gerbera varieties that meet the demands of the global floral market.

Plant nursery worker

Holstein Flowers is the world's largest gerbera grower, a family business that cultivates and breeds gerberas across two sites in De Lier. As a plant nursery worker you split your time between the greenhouse, where you harvest cut gerberas by their stage of bloom and colour, and the packing hall, where the flowers are bunched into bouquets and prepared for shipping. It is a long-term, hands-on role in a warm greenhouse environment, working a six-day week with early starts and hours that rise during the peak season.
