About your position
Expedition worker
As an Expedition worker at van Loon Best, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products using an EPT truck. You will ensure orders are accurately prepped and safely dispatched, keeping our daily logistics running without a hitch. Working alongside a supportive team in a dynamic cold-storage environment, you'll play a vital role in delivering fresh, top-quality products to our customers on time.

EPT Certification: Holds a valid Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) license or certificate with demonstrated experience operating warehouse machinery safely
Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in logistics, expedition, or warehouse environments is a distinct advantage
Language Proficiency: Communicative English at an A2 level minimum to understand safety protocols, follow instructions, and work effectively with team members
Cold-Storage Adaptability: Comfortable working daily in a chilled indoor environment (-2Β°C to +2Β°C)
Accuracy & Quality Focus: Attentive to detail when operating RF scanners, checking shipments, and maintaining strict food safety (HACCP) and hygiene rules
Work Ethic & Mindset: Reliable, energetic, and physically comfortable maintaining a medium pace in a active, team-oriented setting
