"My third trip abroad, and my third time using Jobroad. I highly recommend it. Everything was clearly explained before departure: accommodation, salary, and the work itself. If I decide to go again, it will also be thanks to the Jobroad team!"
Three steps to your first day
Find a position that fits your skills and preferences. Submit your application in minutes — no account needed.
Your agent contacts you, explains the role in detail, organises the paperwork, arranges accommodation if needed, and confirms your start date.
Arrive with everything confirmed. Your agent stays reachable throughout your entire assignment — not just until you sign.
The standard — done right
The agency package is industry-standard across the Netherlands. What isn't standard is how carefully we check it. Here's what we ensure for every placement.
Properties we work with meet SNF certification standards. We verify compliance — you don't have to take anyone's word for it.
Proper Dutch employment contract, every time. No ZZP constructions, no fake self-employment, no hidden clauses.
You always know your gross, your deductions, and your net. Clear payslips every week — no surprises on payday.
Transport to and from the workplace is included in most positions. All costs stated clearly upfront — never deducted without notice.
Health insurance arranged through the agency. You're covered from the first day of your contract, with no gaps.
Our agents speak multiple languages, including Polish and Romanian. They're available for you throughout your assignment.
Common questions
Do I need to speak Dutch or English?›
Not necessarily. Many positions require no Dutch at all. Basic English helps for day-to-day communication at work, but our agents speak Polish and Romanian and will guide you through every step in your language.
Is accommodation mandatory?›
No. If you have your own housing arranged in the Netherlands, that's perfectly fine. If not, we can help you find SNF-certified accommodation near your workplace.
Can I come with my partner or a friend?›
Yes, in most cases. Let us know during the application process and we'll do our best to arrange placements and accommodation for both of you.
How quickly can I start?›
The fastest placements happen 1 working day. The timeline depends on the role, your documents, and accommodation availability. Your agent will give you a realistic estimate from the start — no vague promises.
What documents do I need?›
At minimum: a valid EU ID or passport. For the Netherlands you'll also need a BSN (citizen service number), which we help you obtain. Some positions require additional certificates — these are always stated upfront in the job listing.
What if something goes wrong while I'm working?›
Call your agent. We stay reachable throughout your assignment for contract issues, accommodation problems, or anything else that comes up. You won't be left to deal with it alone.
