As a Production operator at A-Ware in Lopik, you will set up, run and monitor production lines in one of three cheese departments: Cheese Flakes, the melting department (Smelterij) or Packing (Inpak). You keep machines running smoothly, check that product quality and hygiene meet food-safety standards, and work closely with your team leader on fixed morning and afternoon shifts. The Packing role is an entry step towards a full operator position.
