About your position
Warehouse worker
As a Warehouse worker in Arvato Puttershoek, you will operate within a large, indoor warehouse environment with normal temperatures. This role involves a medium pace and intensity, focusing on the efficient handling and movement of goods for various industries, including electronics and clothing.
**Competitive Compensation:** Attractive gross hourly salary of €14.40, paid weekly.
**Generous Bonuses:** Includes an 8% holiday bonus, Zorgtoeslag (healthcare allowance), and significant shift allowances (135% after 19:00, 145% after 00:00).
**Excellent Overtime Rates:** Enhanced pay for Saturday (150%), Sunday (200%), and official holidays (200%), plus 125-150% for hours exceeding 40 per week.
**Structured Work:** Fixed shifts offer predictability in your work schedule (06:00/07:00 - 15:00/16:00 and 15:00/16:00 - 00:00/01:00).
**Comfortable Environment:** Work indoors in a normal temperature warehouse.
**Accommodation & Transport Support:** Company-arranged accommodation available (€140.00 weekly) and free transportation to work depending on distance and available options.

Proficiency in English (A2 level or higher) to operate handheld scanners and for general communication.
Physically capable of a medium-paced, medium-intensity role, involving standing and walking throughout the shift.
Possesses a flexible and adaptable mentality, open to cross-training and working in different departments as needed.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Experience with handheld scanners is preferred; experience driving an EPT is a plus.
Committed to adhering to company policies and specific dress code requirements (e.g., wearing jeans).
A driving license is beneficial if needed for company transport duties.
