About your position
Agricultural harvest worker
As an Agricultural Harvest Worker at Agarica, you will be responsible for collecting and sorting mushrooms, placing them into boxes based on orders, and weighing the boxes before placing them into larger containers. This ensures a smooth and efficient packing process for distribution.
Competitive gross hourly wage of β¬14.46, with no age-related wage restrictions.
Potential bonuses for exceeding harvest targets, up to β¬500.00 over four weeks.
Overtime pay: 125% for hours over 40 per week; 125% for Saturdays; 150% for Sundays.
Affordable housing costs capped at β¬109.43 per week, in line with Fair Produce guidelines.
Stable, year-round employment with consistent work opportunities.
Weekly payments deposited every Friday, with advance payments available after two days of work.
