About your position
Production worker
As a Production worker in Thyker Poultry, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver the highest quality chicken fillets to consumers worldwide. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring our fully automated processing lines to ensure every product meets our rigorous standards for freshness and excellence.
Competitive pay with 8% holiday bonus, shift allowances, and estimated net earnings of €410-€470 weekly

Physically fit and resilient – Capable of maintaining a very high work pace and intensity throughout fixed shifts in a cool indoor environment
Reliable and punctual – Consistent attendance is essential for maintaining production flow
Comfortable with repetitive tasks – Production line work requires focus and consistency over extended periods
Hygiene-conscious – Naturally inclined to follow strict food safety protocols (HACCP) and maintain cleanliness standards
Able to stand for long periods in a cool temperature environment (chicken fillet processing)
Comfortable handling poultry products throughout the shift
Good manual dexterity for sorting, inspecting, and packing tasks
Experience in food production is an advantage, though not required
Polish nationality preferred
Female candidates preferred for this role
