Production worker

As a Production worker in Breman, you will work within housing construction, housing management, utility, home renovation, and within our own installation factory, focusing on sustainable energy systems, heating installations, electrical engineering, control technology, air purification installations and service and maintenance for the business and private markets.

Ideal candidate
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform demanding tasks (including heavy lifting)
Basic reading, writing, and counting skills
Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions
Willingness to work fixed shifts (Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00) and occasional overtime
Comfortable working outdoors and in various locations
Strong focus on safety and quality standards
Team player with good communication skills
Open to learning and personal development
Responsible, reliable, and punctual (zero tolerance for no-shows)
Basic English or Polish language skills (Romanian or Spanish is an advantage)
Holds or willing to use required safety shoes (provided if needed)
No specific work experience required, but experience in technical or production roles is an advantage
Medical fitness to perform the job (normal health condition)
