About the job
As a Greenhouse worker for one of the leading Dutch producers of bell peppers - 4Evergreen, you’ll be harvesting peppers in the greenhouse. The peppers are harvested with the help of platformed carts operating on rails placed between plant rows. The greenhouse operates in stable working hours from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime on Saturday mornings.
Your responsibilities will include:
cutting peppers
operating a harvesting cart
Requirements
no fear of heights
knowledge of English will be a plus
cat. B driving licence will be a plus
Offer details
Remuneration:
starting gross base rate of €13.27/h
8% holiday allowance
possible salary increase up to €13.00/h base rate within 3 months
overtime over 38 hours per week paid as 135%
performance bonus of up to €150 per week
no age salary
