In high-volume recruitment things can get hectic and sometimes it might not be possible to react to your requests and fulfill your vacancies on short notice. With priority customer support you won't have to worry about that, as both our recruitment targets and our response time would be part of our contract.
Negotiating fees in the premium plan can be really easy or a bit more sophisticated, depending on the exact scope of service you're interested in. You might only be interested in the full cycle recruitment support, while others might want to consider support in Employer Branding. The basic idea is that we're charging a set fee (€25/h) + an adjusted success fee depending on the targets and quotas.
We believe that our indications are reflective of the value that we bring to the table, and are necessary for us to sustain our organization. That being said, if you have very specific needs, feel free to express your expectations. If you want to pay us more, we can also consider that ;)
