Responsibilities
  • Monitoring demand and recruitment guidelines and publishing appropriate job advertisements

  • Contacting job seekers and expanding the candidate database

  • Carrying out recruitment processes in accordance with the recruitment process model

  • Researching the candidates' preferences and needs, analysing Resumes and creating candidate profiles

  • Arranging video interviews if needed

  • Communicating with the Recruitment Manager

Requirements
  • Well-developed communication skills

  • Responsiveness and process oriented approach

  • Ability to use simple online tools and basic knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Willingness to learn

  • B1/B2 level of English

  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage
