Responsibilities

Monitoring demand and recruitment guidelines and publishing appropriate job advertisements

Contacting job seekers and expanding the candidate database

Carrying out recruitment processes in accordance with the recruitment process model

Researching the candidates' preferences and needs, analysing Resumes and creating candidate profiles

Arranging video interviews if needed

Communicating with the Recruitment Manager
Requirements

Well-developed communication skills

Responsiveness and process oriented approach

Ability to use simple online tools and basic knowledge of Google Workspace

Willingness to learn

B1/B2 level of English

Experience in a similar position is an advantage
