Fincluded's PINCARD Payment Account is a safe and reliable online alternative to a traditional bank account, providing it's customers with a Dutch IBAN, Mastercard® Debit Card, PINCARD Mobile App and multilingual Customer Service.
As a Customer Service Agent (Romanian) you'll be working from the company's office in Veenendaal and you'll be part of the multilingual customer service team for PINCARD. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and support for romanian-speaking customers.
You'll be responsible for:
providing first-class customer support via phone and email
addressing customer inquiries and requests in a timely and helpful manner
monitoring and engaging with customers on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
investigating customer issues and striving for effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
developing a deep understanding of PINCARD, enabling you to provide accurate guidance to customers
Requirements
flawless command of both spoken and written Romanian
very good knowledge of English or/and Dutch
experience in working with computers and with the use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
an affinity for financial services will be a plus
