Workstead is a temporary employment agency that focuses on migrant workers within branches such as Food, Logistics, Industry, Production and Technology. In addition to facilitating work, the company organizes transportation and housing for employees. The goal of Workstead is so that all employees feel comfortable and can focus on their work, without being burdened by challenges outside the workplace.
As an Intercedent / Coordinator you'll be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers from various sectors and you'll be the contact person for Polish and Romanian temporary workers. You'll work independently to achieve mutual satisfaction among clients and employees and you'll be responsible for identifying areas for improvement.
Your responsibilities will also include:
planning & handling customer processes,
participating in the recruitment & selection process,
conducting guided tours,
discussing employment conditions,
handling employment contracts,
managing absences and leaves,
solving various problems in both the workplace and housing facilities.
Requirements
flexibility, decisiveness and responsibility
good command of Polish and English (Dutch or Romanian will be a plus)
driver's license cat. B
strong communication skills, empathy, tact and the ability to motivate and convince
customer orientation and the ability to work independently
experience in the temporary employment sector
Offer details
salary between €2300 and €2700 gross per month (depending on experience)
